I use unbleached paper towels for all fresh fruit and vegetables. I often lay a sheet over a bag of fresh greens to wick off the moisture and keep them fresher, longer. Great product.I've used and loved these towels for years. The only enhancement I'd suggest is perforations for half sheets.OkNot bad.What I got & what the picture showed different. Shameful pricing.The last shipment we received was a whole new product, no longer thick and absorbant the paper towel is now thin, flimsy and with no little pockets to capture moisture.Apparently Seventh Generation was sold and so all the products are being cheapened. Sad.We now have to buy bleached paper towel from Bounty etc. YuckGreat absorbance and can be put in the compost bin. I wish it came in a bigger pack maybe a 4 to 6 pack.These don't fit well in my standard-sized paper towel holder. The full roll is really large, but they're also slightly longer than other paper towels.It might be environmentally friendly but is coarse and thin-will not buy againAbsorbent like other paper towels
